As human beings we think on average 6000 thoughts per day that are built on subconscious and conscious belief systems, can you imagine just how much we are shaping our reality with this?
You see, if we are mostly experiencing unhelpful thought patterns and therefore an unpleasant reality, there must be some subconscious beliefs that are supporting this manifestation.
There must be something inside of us that is “secretly” getting a kick out of not feeling good. Now I know this might be challenging to hear and come to terms with.
